We live in a society that is often profoundly disconnected from our bodies, from our rhythms, from each other, and from the natural world.
That disconnection shows up everywhere:
• chronic stress
• dysregulation
• exhaustion
• difficulty concentrating
• a constant sense of “doing” rather than “being”
Nature offers something radically different. When we intentionally slow down in natural environments, we support nervous system regulation, reduce stress hormones, improve mood and energy, and gently reconnect with ourselves. This isn’t abstract, it’s physiological, relational, embodied.
As a trauma-informed practitioner and facilitator, I’ve always been interested in creating spaces that don’t just talk about healing, but allow the body to experience it.
That’s why I’m currently completing my certification in Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku).
In the coming months, I’ll be offering guided forest bathing sessions both group and one-to-one designed to:
• support nervous system regulation
• deepen embodied self-awareness
• create space for reflection and restoration
• reconnect you with nature as a co-regulating partner
• gently build sustainable regulation practices you can carry into daily life
These will be slow, intentional, non-clinical spaces.
Not therapy.
Not performance.
Simply guided presence in nature, grounded in trauma-informed principles.
