Description
Autumn Forest Bathing & Nature Connection – Part of the Forest Bathing Through the Seasons Series
Saturday 17 October 2026 | 10am–12.30pm
Padley Gorge, Peak District
Experience the woodland as it moves through autumn, with a guided morning of Forest Bathing and Nature Connection in the beautiful Padley Gorge area of the Peak District.
Autumn brings its own richness to the landscape — changing colours, fallen leaves, flowing water, earthy scents and the quieter signs of the natural world preparing for winter. Through a series of gentle sensory and nature-connection invitations, we’ll slow our pace and spend time noticing and experiencing the season in ways we often don’t make space for in everyday life.
There is no destination to reach and nothing you need to achieve. This is time to slow down, engage your senses and reconnect — with yourself, with others and with the natural world around you.
Each invitation is optional, allowing you to experience the morning in the way that feels right for you. No previous experience of Forest Bathing or mindfulness is needed.
Location: Padley Gorge area, Peak District. The experience will involve natural and potentially uneven woodland terrain. Exact meeting point, parking details and joining information will be sent before the session.
Part of the Seasonal Journey
This Signature Experience can be booked individually or enjoyed as the Autumn experience within my Seasonal Forest Bathing Journey — four experiences across the year, creating an opportunity to return to nature through Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and notice how both the landscape and our own connection with it change through the seasons.
