Bespoke Forest Bathing experiences are created around you, your group and what you would like from your time in nature.

Perhaps you want to slow down and reconnect with friends, mark a meaningful moment or transition, explore confidence and reflection, spend intentional time away from technology, experience a familiar landscape differently, or simply have uninterrupted time together outdoors.

We can discuss what you are looking for before I design an experience drawing from a wide range of Forest Bathing and nature-connection practices. Depending on your chosen focus, location and group, this might include sensory exploration, grounding, slow and mindful walking, silence and stillness, nature journalling, forest art, breathing practices, reflection, barefooting, tree connection, cloud or sky gazing, nature-based rituals and creative activities.

The landscape matters too. Where possible, your experience will be shaped around the environment we are using — woodland, water, changing seasons and even the weather can all influence what we explore.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want before getting in touch. We can develop the experience together.

Duration: Usually 2.5–3 hours, with longer experiences available

Price: From £150 per private group, plus travel

Additional participants, longer experiences and sessions requiring additional materials will be priced according to your individual booking.

Travel

Travel costs are additional and will always be agreed with you before your booking is confirmed.

Where significant travel time, parking, public transport or an overnight stay is required, these costs will be included within your individual quote. This means bespoke experiences don’t have to be limited to one local Forest Bathing location — we can discuss a setting that works for the experience you have in mind.

Accessibility & Practical Information

Because your experience is bespoke, accessibility can be considered from the beginning when choosing the location and designing the activities.

The distance, terrain and physical requirements will vary depending on the experience we create. Please tell me about any injuries, disabilities, health conditions, mobility requirements or other needs within your group so that we can consider appropriate locations, activities and reasonable adaptations.

Participants are normally responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the agreed location unless otherwise arranged.

Forest Bathing takes place outdoors and weather forms part of the experience. Sessions will only be relocated, postponed or rearranged where conditions make proceeding unsafe or significantly unsuitable for the planned activities.

Once we have discussed what you are looking for, I will create an experience specifically for your booking.

Booking Information

Please check that you can attend the selected date before booking. Forest Bathing experiences usually continue in rain and changing weather, but may be adapted, postponed or cancelled where conditions are unsafe.

Activities are invitations, and information about the location, what to bring and preparing for your experience will be provided before the session.
